Eclipse Resources is focused on the production, sourcing and marketing of petroleum and energy related products. We also pursue investment opportunities where:

• Our existing role in the energy supply chain allows us to expand and utilise the intrinsic value of the asset;
• We consider asset acquisition to align with our long term strategy;
• We view capital investments that enable us to penetrate new markets and achieve a market leading position

We constantly pursue new investment opportunities and third party alliances to create value through cooperation and acquisitions in line with our long-term vision. Each possibility is evaluated for its potential to benefit the company’s current market position and to support existing relationships with our business partners.
